Roasted Bacon Asparagus

Ingredients
· 1/4 Cup(s) Extra virgin olive oil 
· 1 Shallot, minced 
· 2 Cloves garlic, minced 
· 2 Tablespoon(s) Balsamic vinegar 
· 1/2 Tablespoon(s) Bacon salt 
· 1 Bunch asparagus 
· 1 Zest of lemon 
Directions
Step 1: Toss all ingredients in bowl and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Preheat oven to 375°F.

Step 3: Lay Asparagus on a cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
