Mayer Lemon Custard

· 1 Cup(s) Manufacturing cream
· 1/3 Cup(s) Sugar
· 1/4 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
· 2 Large eggs
· 1 Large egg yolk
· 1 Teaspoon(s) Mayer lemon oil or pure mayer lemon extract
· 1 Lemon zest to taste

Step 1: Spread melted butter lightly around inside of the ramekins.
Step 2: Put all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well with whisk.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into the ramekins. Cover each ramekin individually with aluminum foil, fold down edges and seal tightly.
Step 4: Put three cups of water in inner cooking pan. Close cover, plug in and start the rice cooker to boil water. Arrange ramekins in steaming tray or basket and set it in the rice cooker. Close lid and steam custards for approximately 40 minutes. Make sure they are set yet still soft in the center.
Step 5: Remove each ramekin from cooker. Remove foil covers and allow to cool before refrigerating.
