"The service from ChefTools was outstanding, the quality of the materials in the sifter is good, but the performance of the sifter is useless. The first sifter arrived and none of the 4 sifting bars even touched the screen and the screen was bent in in two different places. I contacted ChefTools and they immediately shipped another sifter at no extra charge. It arrived yesterday and is very little better than the first. Only one bar touched the screen and the screen was bent in two places. Best certainly needs to vastly improve the construction/assembly quality of their sifters."
