Epicurean Cutting Surfaces offers seven product series. Each series is designed for a variety of food preparation while keeping different cutting styles in mind. Available in multiple surface sizes as well as different thicknesses, Epicurean’s Kitchen and Gourmet Series are designed to be lightweight, movable and easily stored. For the serious home chef the Chef Series offers the biggest surface area for large food preparation. Epicurean’s Carving Series offers a diamond-shape studded surface to keep roasts and large cuts of meat in place while carving. Epicurean’s Camping and Filet Series are designed to be easy to carry and pack on your away from home adventure while maintaining all the great features and benefits Epicurean Cutting Surfaces are famous for. The Modular Series are designed with utility and usefulness in mind. The two-piece modular surface has a large flat prep area on one side and a dual purpose juice run and bread surface on the other. Because the two parts of the surface are independent and two-sided, they can put them together in a variety of configurations. Epicurean’s Pizza Peels are designed with a beveled front edge to help to scoop the perfect pie from the oven.
