White Petal Dust can be used to achieve a deeper hue with matte finish to all your confections. Petal Dust is non-toxic and is ideal for use with gum paste or rolled fondant. Intended for use in the dry form, Petal Dust can also be mixed with oil-based flavorings or alcohol for painting and highlighting. For a more permanent application, liquefy Petal Dust with Tylose gum glue or confectioner's glaze. Certified non-toxic. Water soluble. Net wt. 4 g.
