USA Pan Nonstick Jelly Roll Pan is a Half Sheet Pan made from aluminized steel with a nonstick silicone-coating. All USA Pan bakeware, baking pans and cake pans feature a unique corrugated surface designed to allow heat to circulate under baked goods and create exceptional browning. The safe, nonstick silicone coating makes the need for greasing or parchment paper completely unnecessary. USA Pans are designed to provide fast and even heat distribution and an exceptional level of rust protection. Aluminized steel bakeware is made from sheets of cold rolled steel that have been dipped and coated on both sides with an aluminum-silicon alloy. Americoat silicone coating is environmentally friendly and does not contain PTFEs or PFOAs. The process is more expensive than cold rolled steel but provides an exceptional level of rust protection that will last for years. Simply wipe clean with a towel or hand wash. Washing in the dishwasher is not recommended as the harsh chemicals can cause breakdown in the nonstick coating. Made in USA.
