The Scanpan Egg Poacher Insert is the easiest way to poach one, two, three or up to six eggs at one time. This 18/8 stainless steel insert hangs from the rim of any 10-1/4" pan. Each egg cup features a handle for easy pickup, and has a nonstick surface - if an egg breaks, the cups are a snap to clean. And, the cups keep eggs stable so they don't bump against each other in boiling water - perfect, delicious poached eggs every time.
