Created by heating titanium to 30,000 degrees and fusing it with liquid aluminum under 250 tons of pressure, ceramic titanium is nontoxic and will never flake, blister, or otherwise come off the pan. It's so hardy, it can stand up to abuse from metal utensils and harsh cleaning pads. The CTX Series of pans features 5 layers of aluminum with a stainless steel exterior. Unlike most nonstick pans, CTX pans are fully compatible with induction cooktops.
