With a cast-iron style color, this dish features handles for easy carrying. The wide, rectangular dish allows vegetables to be cooked alongside meat, and its high sides contain cooking liquids. Revol porcelain is culinary grade, microwave and freezer safe, and can withstand oven temperatures in excess of 550 F/300 C.
