These are great! They work better than I expected, in that I expected the eggs to stick somewhat and they don't. I preheat a skillet with the egg rings in there so that the rings get just as much preheating as the pan. Then I add butter and swirl the rings around in it a bit. When I break the eggs in, there's no leaking underneath the ring; it all stays in place. My favorite part: when I remove the rings and flip the eggs the yolks don't break! I have always had a hard time flipping an egg without breaking the yolk. Somehow when they're fried in these things it just works.
