India Tree Mulling Spice is a traditional mix of aromatic allspice, cloves, orange peel and cinnamon. Treat family and friends to the warmth, aroma, and good cheer of hot mulled cider. One packet contains enough mulling spice for one gallon of beverage or 16 eight-Ounce servings. To mull one gallon of cider, combine 1/3 cup of spice mix and one crushed cinnamon stick with the cider in a large kettle. Add the mix directly to the cider or gather it up in a square of cheese cloth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes. Pour the mulled cider into heated mugs. Garnish with a clove-studded orange slice.
