The Norpro Egg Rite Timer is an egg timer to take the guess work out of cooking boiled eggs. As the timer heats up the red face changes color, indicating soft-, medium-, hard-boiled and stages in between. Calculates cooking stages by temperature, not by time, and changes color as eggs cook. Hand washing recommended.
