Microplane 4-Sided Box Grater

The Microplane 4-Sided Box Grater features three Microplane grating blades along with an additional fourth slicer blade. Use the Fine Zester surface for citrus zest and hard cheese. Use the Medium Ribbon grater for soft cheese, butter, and chocolate. Use the Ultra Coarse surface for hashbrowns, coleslaw, and soft cheese. The grater is designed with an ergonomic, soft grip handle, a plastic body, rubber feet and surgical-grade stainless steel blades. Microplane graters and zesters feature tiny razor-like edges formed by a process called photo-etching in which holes are dissolved with a chemical.
