This potholder looks very nice and so far seems to be well made. My reason for giving it three stars is that it it not heat resistant at all. It takes only eight seconds for the heat to get through to your hands, yes I actually timed it because it happened amazingly fast. I tested it a few times on a cookie sheet put in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes and each time was the same. After eight seconds my fingers could feel intense heat and a couple seconds more and they were burning. It will work fine as long as your quick about getting your food from the oven to counter, but I don't think I'd make it from my oven to table like the description says. I do like the way they look though so I can still get some use from them.
