Kasia is the Decorating Consultant for Lucks Food Decorating Company. She has a lifetime of experience in the baking industry, beginning at the age of seven when her father opened his own retail bakery. Since then, she has been involved in all aspects of baking production for wholesale, retail, and in-store bakeries. She has traveled nationally and internationally to learn and to teach baking and cake decorating. She has been certified to teach commercial baking at the college level in the state of Washington.
Kasia is a member of the Retail Bakers of America, Pacific Northwest Bakers Association, and International Cake Exploration Societé.
