The entire circumference of each pan has a specially designed precision pour rim to prevent splashes and spills, and is perfect for left or right handed cooks. The well fitting lids allow cooking with little water or fat and are designed to conveniently rest on the oversized assist handles, held in place under the lip of the continuous, precision pour rim. The oversized assist handles allows the cookware to be easily maneuvered and picked up with two hands. Capacity markings are printed on the inside of the sauté pans for convenience, in both US measure and metric. Though the ergonomic, curved handles will conduct some heat, they are designed to be heat-resistant and remain at a manageable temperature.
