|
| The origins of La Bella Angiolina go back centuries to a Ligurian folk heroine who created local dishes so delicious that she was named "the beautiful little angel." Faithful to local traditions, Luca Bastieri and family reign in the sun-drenched Italian Riviera. They use their own hand-harvested Taggiasca olives, some from trees over 400 years old. These olives are always in high demand due to their tenderness and mild yet complex, even nutty flavor. Every La Bella Angiolina olive jar is packed with olives and lightly suspended in olive oil as opposed to loosely floating in brine. |
