Features cast aluminum construction with superior nonstick surface for perfect release every time. The two layer nonstick interior coating provides easy release and cleanup. For best results, brush a very thin layer of butter on the interior of the pan prior to each use. Butter guarantees perfect release and helps promote a smooth, tightly sealed crust, even browning and good flavor. It isn't necessary to dust the pan with flour prior to baking, which can produce an unattractive white crust on cakes and breads. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft dish cloth only.
