Helen's Asian Kitchen 18-Inch Bamboo Rolling Pin is a French-style rolling pin, meaning it's tapered from the middle to each end to permit easy rotation around dough for rolling out perfect circles. Made of natural, caramelized bamboo (oven baked to achieve a dark, caramelized color). Bamboo is less absorbent than wood and therefore easier to keep clean and sanitary.
