I had been looking for a REAL wooden spoon for a long time and finally found one here at ChefTools.com! I bought it immediately and have always been happy with it ever since. It is nice and heavy, so I do not feel that I am going to break it and is a good thickness, so it does not make my hand cramp after stirring a dark roux for thirty minutes.
