Rose's Sweetheart Creme Brulee Set of 4 HIC Porcelain Heart-Shaped Creme Brulee Dishes in Red are designed by Rose Levy Beranbaum, one of America's premier baking authors and PBS television host. The heart-shaped ramekins feature a shallow 1" depth to promote an even, curdle-free cooking of custard. In addition to creme brulee, the dishes can be used as a panna cotta, creme caramel or flan dish, and as a gratin dish, casserole or quiche dish. HIC Porcelain is oven, broiler, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe.

Set includes: 4 heart-shaped creme brulee dishes, 1 heart-shaped cookie cutter, and an 8-page recipe booklet with Rose's original recipes.
