The heart-shaped ramekins feature a shallow 1-Inch depth to promote an even, curdle-free cooking of custard. In addition to crème brulee, the dishes can be used as a panna cotta, crème caramel or flan dish, and as a gratin dish, casserole or quiche dish. HIC Porcelain is oven, broiler, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe.
