This replacement gasket fits around the underside of your Fissler Vitaquick pressure cooker or skillet. Simply slide the replacement gasket in place of the old one to retain an airtight seal. This gasket is easy to clean in the dishwasher or in the sink, and is heat resistant up to 450 F.
