CIA Digital Probe Thermometer and Timer

The CIA Masters Collection Digital Probe Thermometer and Timer prevents over-and under-cooking of food by allowing you to remotely monitor both cook time and temperature for foods cooking in the oven. A 4-foot silicone-covered wire attaches the temperature probe to the digital thermometer, eliminating the need to continually open the oven door to check cooking progress. Specify either cook time or desired temperature, and an alarm will sound when your food is ready. The magnetic back allows you to attach the thermometer to most metal surfaces, and the unit folds flat for convenient storage. Battery and instructions included.
