The CDN ProAccurate Infrared Thermocouple Probe Thermometer features both infrared for non-contact surface temperatures and a stainless steel probe for internal temperatures. The waterproof and shatterproof thermometer features a rapid response time with maximum, minimum and lock for continuous scanning. Made of food-safe ABS plastic, the INTP626X is NSF (National Sanitary Foundation) approved and includes HACCP check lights and icons with white light target illumination.
