This bread bag is perfect for low-moisture, gluten-free breads and artisan breads that do not contain preservatives. This bag fits a standard size ciabatta loaf, but is big enough for almost any type of bread. This bag is air tight, and can double as a place to marinate meat and fish and as a freezer storage bag.
