Use Ateco Clear Piping Gel as is add gel color of your choice to write greetings and add decorations to cakes. Mix with buttercream frosting to soften and smooth texture. Mix with whipped topping to add body and increase its ability to accept color. Add flavor and color to use as a filling for cakes.
